Honey lay still, every now and again shuddering with cold. It was almost night now and the wind was making her cold. Suddenly she started shivering uncontrollably. She couldn't stop herself, and it was only making her colder...
Suddenly, another stab of pain in her belly and she started puking up the fish. Still shivering, she could feel a fever coming on. She knew this was more than a fish. This was a sickness, a deseise if you will. And she diden't know if it was contagious. She was suddenly filled with fear." leave... get help!" her voice was a drowned whisper. There was a flash of violet light and the world went black.

Kia saw Honey shivering and lay next to her, pressing her fur up close so she would stay warm. This dog was acting like nothing ever seen before and Kia licked her fur. An awful tang was in it, and Kia started to feel her eyes well up with pain again. She yelped and rubbed them, then ran over to the river, and stared at her reflection. Her eyes were a dark violet. she wasn't reacting to this as fast as Honey was, but as she glanced back to Honey and saw her violet eyes wide with fear, she knew that she might only have a few days or a week before the delerium started happening... even if she had gotten rid of most of the posion, the little bit that was left was strong... but could it kill her or not?

As Duke managed to get the rock over beside Honey, she blacked out. With a long sigh he turned to go get some more rocks, some leaves and other stuff he could use to make a shelter. There was nothing else he could do for her now. He found the stick that the other dog had used when they fell in the river and he drug it over to the dogs. He set it beside the big rock and went to find another rock.

Kia turned back around and sighed, then padded over to Duke and said wearily,
"What can I do? To help you I mean."
The wind was blowing harshly, and if Honey was not moved soon, flying debris could stike her and injure her while she was unconciouss.

Duke stopped and turned around. "Ummm, here! Go get a couple more big rocks,we'll need more for a shelter." He winked at her and returned to getting more sticks. He found another one, that was more of a log than a stick. With a groan he grabbed it in his jaws and began to heave backwards. "On second thought!" he barked. "Come help me with this stick first!" Duke grabbed the stick again and heaved backwards.
