[[OOC: omg. This is how the violet mist could start!!! Honey could like close her eyes, and open them, but when she opens them they would be violet insted of brown!!. She could like pass out and omg this could be fun!^_^]]
Honey gulped down the fish hungrily. "Thank you" she said, turning towards Duke and Kia. When she was done, she struggled to her feet, her injured paw raised off the ground, she slowly moved towards the shade of the surrounding forest. It was nearly midday now, and the sun was scorching down on the three dogs."Just let me rest for a moment..." She said when she was halfway there.She sat down on her haunches panting. She closed her eyes. A heartbeat later, there was a jolt in her stomach. She opened her eyes in alarm. She jumped up." Wha-?" was all she managed to say before there was another sickening jolt in her stomach, and she collapsed in a heap, her eyes still wide open.

((Im going to say that there was something in the fish that was evily evil!!!))
Kia was relaxed and turned away when she heard Honey say she was going to go rest. The peace would calm her foot and it would heal in no time at all. Then she heard the 'Wha-' and whipped around just in time to see Honey crash to the ground, eyes wide and staring at nothing in particular. She ran up to her and prodded her with her left paw.
Seeing this sight made a jolt in Kia's stomach, but wait, was it really from the sight of Honey? She fell backwards just in time to see a greenish mold on the inside of the fish, it was like a disease of some sort... it was all she saw before the red haze filled her mind and left her blank...[/size]

Duke leaped to his paws as he saw Honey collapse on the ground. "Honey!" he yelped. "Just then, he saw Kia collapse as well. Then he saw the fish that she had captured. "Oh no..." he whispered a look of fear on his face. A cry emmitted his lips immediatly. "Help!" he howled. "Heeeelp!!!" he quickly grabbed Honey's scruff. But then he dropped it and darted into the woods. He had to get some water for the dogs, then he had to find a shelter for them.

Her chest felt as if it had a dozen boulders piled on top of it. She couldn't breathe. She looked around for Kia and Duke. She turned her head and immediately regretted it. She stared into blank, sightless eyes. The color of purple spring lilies. Bright violet eyes. She tried to gasp in fear, but all that came out was a choked coughing noise. It seemed the harder she breathed, the less air she had, it was almost as if she had a limited amount she could use. And when she had used up all her air... She focused herself on calming her breathing to shorter breaths. Closing her eyes didn't seem to help the flash of blank violet eyes rushing through her head. Suddenly she remembered somthing. Duke. Where was the other dog? There was no trace of him. He had left them to die. There was no hope, she thought as her stomach gave another sickening jolt, a bright flash of violet and she slipped into darkness. |

Kia regained conciousness slowly, though the red haze had gone, and been replaced by a blue haze and a feeling of lightheadedness. She let out a small groan and turned away from Honey, then started to puke up the fish. There might still be a slight chance that she could get up all the posion from her system before it did any real damage.
After she had finished this gruesome task she turned over to Honey and her voice came out in a faint whisper,
"Honey! Honey! Come on! Wake up! You have to get that fish out of your stomach! Come ON!!!"

Duke found some moss and grabbed it in his mouth quickly. He saw Kia puking up the fish, then he saw her eyes and he stopped quickly. "Kia!" he barked "Your eyes are...violet!!" he lunged forward with the moss dipping it in the pool. He bounded towards Honey. And trickled it slowly into her mouth attempting to wake her up. "I'll be right back." he told Kia, then he bounded off to look for some branches or anything to make shelter.

Honey woke to the sound of Kia's voice. "ewedfer!weefeu! kjdahjfgsatdbhsydfgwteyfdwe!!" was what she heard. "What?" She asked, her whispered voice blurry with sleep. "Let me go back to sleep!" She said rolling away from the other dog. Suddenlt there was a low menacing growl from her side. She snapped her head around at the sound. Kia was on her feet growling. At her. The female's eyes were fixed on her face with such malice that she wanted to run away that second. Suddenly, Kia lunged. Strait for her injured paw. Honey turned to fight back.

When Honey rolled over Kia felt her hopes raise a little bit, then fall as she told her to go back to sleep. Then she felt a weird tingly feeling in her eyes, and they started to burn like liquid fire! She set up a howl and tried to rub her eyes with the back of her paw, then it stopped and she heard Duke bark,
Your eyes are violet!
What?!?! My eyes? MY EYES! MY WONDERFUL YELLOW EYES!!!!!!!
Kia forced herself not to believe this was happening until she saw Honey, lunging and slashing at her like she was an enemy. She leaped backwards and yowled as the pain returned to her eyes,
"DUKE! She's going to kill me!"

Duke whirled at the sound of Kia's bark. "Move!" he roared at her running full force into Honey's side. He pinned her down and tried to avoid her snapping jaws. "Honey!" he yelled. "Go back to sleep! No one's going to hurt you!" he hoped she would listen to his cries.

Honey could hear nothing, see nothing, feel nothing. All her senses gone. She lunged blindly at her attacker, sometimes missing, sometimes hitting fur and blood. Her mouth was fringed with blood tinged foam, and all she could hear was white noise. Suddenly, she froze. Her chest convulsed, sending her crashing to the ground. Her heart was going a million miles an hour, suddenly Kia was on the ground, yelling at her to do something. Honey's eyes were frozen wide open in pain and fear as she shook one last time, and flopped limp. Her heart stopping.

Kia lunged fowards towards Honey and helped Duke pin down Honey. Her face was screwed up into a look of frustration as she shook the golden female and barked,
"Honey!!! Stop it! We aren't going to hurt you!"
Then she saw Honey lie still and her heart lurched as if going down a roller coaster. She yelped and let go of Honey, then pleaded,
"Don't die! Don't die!"
She jumped onto her chest and started to press on Honeys chest to start her heart back again. her eyes filled with fury as she kept barking,
"I will NOT let you die!!! I WILL NOT LET YOU DIE LIKE THIS!!!!!!"

Duke panicked when he felt Honey's heart stop. "No!" he roared. He lept from her chest and ran a few yard away. "Move!" he yelped to Kia as he took a flying leap at the dog. He jumped in the air a few feet away and aimed to land square on her chest with all of his 75 pounds.

Honey eyes flew open at the force of the blow to her chest. What had happened!?! "What happened!" she asked between coughs, as she looked at the other dogs wide eyed expressions. She blinked. "And who exactly are you?"
[soon she'll go into a coma so they can go an a journey to find a cure]

She had forgotten everything! Kia padded back up to Honey gently, so not to scare her. then she said,
"Honey, you are in great need of rest. I am Kia, and this is Duke, and we're here to HELP you. Just lie still while I try to find you a place to shelter."
Kia looked at Duke to see his expression, if any, and see what he would do.

Duke was panting with relief as Honey jolted awake. He nodded as Kia answered Honey. "Yes, don't go anywhere, we'll be right back." Duke turned and saw a large boulder. He padded towards it and with a great heave he began to push it towards Honey. He was going to try and build a shelter for the sickly dog.
