Duke's plot

Ok, so, since there have been lots of scientists around lately, they captured one dog. And as they tested him, his body became mutilated, 'causing him to be bigger than he should be, all of his flesh unscratchable, except for one of his front legs and chest. When he can no longer take the pain, he escapes killing the scientists.

When he escapes he begins killing humans, and the humans blame the dogs and begin to kill them. As the dogs try to kill Kaibutsu P4 as is his name, they meet a group of dogs that hold the answer to his defeat.

Will the dogs untie to save the packs from this mutant demand? or will they all perish from the earth by his demonic wrath?

Those are all dogs trained to defend the labratory and to prevent animals from escaping, so they must track him down and destroy him, once ou watch episode 5-7 you'll understand more.
