Well i was thinking that there could be a University, that's testing and doing weird genetic stuff to dogs. Dogs start dissapearing (AKA NPC's or your dog if you'd like) everywhere. The packs blame each other and some trouble starts, but one dog knocks some sense into everybody. The packs try to find out what's going on in the genetic labs, some may even be tested on themselves!(that would be fun to RP about) It's the struggle to keep the dogs alive in
