Character Name: Mouse

Breed: A little bit of everything. xD Borzoi, collie, german shepherd, plus others.
Age: Adult
Appearance: When someone who doesn't know Mouse lays eyes on him, their first thought would probably be "Wow. He doesn't take care of himself at all." Mouse is a very tall dog, his borzoi heritage giving him that trait. His thick fur is extremely rough and ragged, looking like he hasn't tried to clean himself even once in his life. Most of it is a mousy, greyish brown, giving him his name. His paws, however, lighten up to more of a golden brown. The same color tips his slightly curled tail and lines his snout and eyes. His eyes are also a golden brown shade. He is extremely skinny, but his thick fur hides it. His speed surpasses his strength.
Personality: Mouse is an odd fellow. He never lets anger get the best of him, yet he's always looking for a fight. His values and morals and strange, and he seems to contradict himself a lot.
To him there is no "day" or "night", there is simply "light" or "dark". He eats when he's hungry, sleeps when he's tired, and travels when he feels the need to, regardless of the time of day. Most others find it hard to get used to his strange actions, which is part of the reason why he is a loner.
History: Mouse's mother was a loner. She raised him and his two brothers with knowledge of the streets. Mouse was much closer to his mother than his siblings were, and when they decided to leave to form their own pack, he stayed with his mother.
When he was around two years old, his mother and him accidentally strayed into another pack's territory. They were unaware that they had, so they were pretty surprised when some other dogs confronted them about it. He tried to reason with the dogs, promising to leave immediately, but they wouldn't listen. They attacked Mouse and his mother.
Mouse's mother wasn't exactly young, and as much as Mouse tried to defend her, they were outnumbered. His mother was taken down and killed. Mouse was devastated. His anger rose when he recognized his brothers as the ones who had killed her. He lost control and attacked, killing both of his brothers as well as one other dog before the opposing pack fled.
Once he was alone and calmed down, he realized the destruction he'd caused by his anger. He left the four corpses where they lay and vowed never to let his anger control him again.
