Character Name: Red
Gender: Male
Pack: None, Loner.
Rank: Loner
Breed: Doberman Pinscher ( True albino)
Age: 3 years
Appearance: He is much like an average Doberman Pinscher, elegant, muscular, and a very powerful dog. He has a well proportioned chest, a short back and lean, muscular neck. His coat is short-haired and very close fitting. His teeth are strong and close in a scissor bite that could prove very dangerous to any opponent. His ears are cropped and stand upright on the sides of his head, though his tail is left natural.
Beyond those natural aspects of his breeding, there is one huge thing that makes him stand out among other dogs. It is a very rare condition known as albinism. Unlike other white Dobermans, bred to have pink noses and blue eyes, he is a true albino, having very pale pink skin, pure white fur, and deep red, light sensitive eyes.
The only reminder of his human family is the thick chain choker collar around his neck.
Personality: Red is the sort of dog that gets very close to the friends he makes, and would like nothing more than to be with them, run around and have fun. However, he has an entirely different side to him, sometimes a little demented, especially when it comes to prey animals. He loves to play with his food, if you know what I mean. Red can more than take care of himself, fighting and defending himself comes naturally, as does hunting.
This dog is somewhat unpredictable, though he enjoys the company of others, you really shouldn't let him be around small puppies. Something about them, they way they move or their smell brings about his prey hunting instincts, and that demented spark comes back into view. He would most likely try to kill them unless something is blocking him from doing so.
History: Red was born in a litter of seven, himself being the only non-traditional of the brood. His mother and father were both show dogs, bred for their bloodlines alone, for the next generation of show dogs. Red however, was never destined to be shown in large part due to his condition.
After being born Red's mother wouldn't have anything to do with him, and kept pushing him away from her other puppies, not allowing him to suckle or rest at all. The humans took the puppy away and bottle fed him. No one could have guessed the surprise they would get when he finely opened his little red eyes.
As he grew he became nothing more than a prize, not for showing but for showing off. He was a lab rat, always being taken to the vet for blood tests and such. He didn't know why, other than the fact that he was different. The other pups in his litter had told him so, as did his own mother, who referred to him as the freaky pink one.
When he became twelve weeks old, his owners had his ears cropped and taped until they healed and would stand on their own.
One year had passed, constantly getting pushed around and taunted by his littermates and mother, always getting nipped and bitten, pushed to the ground and mocked for his differences. One day though, that all changed. He had, had enough, and took his chances, fighting back and injuring one of his brothers badly with a bite to the neck. That was the day that his owners got rid of him. It was also that fateful day that Red managed to leap out of the van that was driving him to a local animal shelter to be killed.
He ran as far away from there as he could, away from that town, from the city. It was several months before he'd found his way to another city.
He's still a wanderer, a loner.

The breeze was cool this evening, and carried the sweet scent of distant rain, though if it would fall would be another thing entirely. It'd seemed like ages since the last rain, and the prey animals were becoming scarce as well. Makoda's head dipped to the ground, her shoulders arched as she dropped to all fours sniffing around the ground to search for scents. One in particular caused her to become uneasy. It seemed another wolf was in the area. Something about it though seemed familiar, like a distant memory, but she couldn't place it. It'd been a few months since the other's had left her behind, the breakup having had a bad effect on her personality. A sigh left her rims at the lack of fresh prey scent. Only the stale smell of hare.
She stood up again, looking around and testing the wind for more traces of intruders. It didn't matter to her how many of her pack had left her, this was still her territory, and she would protect it with her life. A soft growl rose from her throat, but was cut short by a howl from not to far away. Her eyes shot to the direction of the sound, and scanned for signs of life. It was just out of range to be able to see, but she knew that it was closer than she would have liked.
Golden fur bristled and eyes narrowed just before she took off in the direction that the sound had come from, racing through the trees, yet keeping her footsteps as silent as possible.
It didn't take long to find who had made the nose, and her ears shot forward, a smile tugging at her muzzle. It was Kat! She stopped in her tracks, staring at the female maned wolf with a bit of guilt in her eyes. It had been months, Makoda had thought she'd left like the others and hadn't planned to come back. She could feel her face becoming hotter, and her smile faded. What if she didn't want to come back to the pack, and was just passing back through. After all, she had said some pretty horrible things to everyone. Her muzzle dropped slightly, and she grunted, stepping out of the bushes towards her former pack member.

Miscellaneous: His dislike of small creatures and pups is because of his bad puppyhood, and never being allowed to be part of his family.
Other accounts: no
