Sakura loped quietly towards Wolf Creek. She was meeting the handsome young labrador retriever Demetri. She smiled as a picture of him flashed through her mind. Her legs stretched longer and she ran faster across the ground her long tail streaming out behind him. Her delicate feet swished on the grass below her. She smelled the air and she could scent the river. As she entered the clearing she smiled. She sat down beside a large rock and watched for Demetri. Moonlight shone down on her pelt making her sparkle.

Demitri sat waiting beside the bubbling creek, staring intently at his reflection. Beside his own chocolate brown face, was the shining moon, full tonight reflecting in the creek. Demitri sighed, letting his mind wonder to a few sunrises before. The beautiful husky who had said she would meet him here. Suddenly, a few tail-lengths away, the water started to shimmer like a million stars. He looked not up, but deeper into the water. There, sitting beside him, was Sakura.

Sakura smiled at Demitri as he looked up at her. "Hello." she said with a smile. She rubbed her snout against his neck and sighed,drinking in his scent. She leaned back again and let her tail tap silently on the ground.

Demitri closed his eyes. "hello my love" he whispered, smiling as he heard her tail start to wag. Finally he looked up, his brown eyes meeting her's. She rubbed herself against his cheek, and he stayed perfectly still, breathing in her scent. Slowly he lowered himself down into a lying down position, resting his head on his paws."Why was it you wanted us to meet here tonight?" [[OOC: lookie at these random siggies I made for sakura! YAY! soooooo cute! ^_^ I even encluded the codes for you! also, are you ever going to find that pic of duke? I love making siggies, and your'e taking sooooooo long!]]

Sakura stepped toward him and settled down beside him with her tail on his back. "I don't know." she whispered. "It just feels right." she said with a smile. She nuzzled him again and felt his sweet scent envelope her. Why did this feel so right??
ooc: OMG!! I'm going to have to rotate between these three sigs! They are so pretty!!

As the two dogs sat nuzzling each other, the stream bubbled beside them. The Orange leaves fell all around them. "Beautiful..." Demitri whispered into The husky's ear. "But soon the winter will come, and that could be dufficult" he pondered, " This will be my first winter in the city". Her thick black and white coat must be very warm, he thought. His short brown fur was not built for cold weather, never mind ice and snow. He closed his eyes again and once more drifted off into bliss.
[[OOC: maybe they should hang out for a while, but then sakura could be pregnant. but it would be winter, and that would not be good. -rubs hands together with glee-]]

ooc: Good idea, and she could tell him at the next meeting!!, but Crimson has to get on first, for the idea to work, remember?
Sakura nodded. "Indeed it will be." she said to him. His coat wouldn't help him in the cold either, although she would hardly feel the freezing wind as it gusted through the trees. She nuzzled him again, her mind running wild like a rabbit over an open field. She sighed and drifted off to a very shallow sleep next to him.

In his dream it was dusk and the first stars were beginning to show, but the moon was still hidden behind a huge unmoving cloud. Two dogs walked beside each other in complete silence.One huge creme and white husky, obiously a male, and another female dog, smaller than he was, much slimmer in form, who's features were darkened by shadows. The huskie's eyes were blood red, with clear ominous black pupils. Suddenly the cloud shifted, exposing the moon. It shone down on all three dogs. Suddenly something caught Demitri's eye. The crimson eyed dog's companion...sparkled. No. Please no! Demitri thought desperately. It was Sakura. The chocolate furred lab jumped up, and tried to run towards her, but it was if his paws were stuck in place. He opened his mouth to talk but no sound came out. He watched as Sakura lay down. The other dog sat beside her. Suddenly the huge crimson eyed dog's mouth broke into an evil smile... Demitri could only watch in mute horror as the dog sitting beside her bared it's huge teeth, and dove for her neck...
Demitri woke with a start, almost slipping into the now bright blue river. The night had come and gone, and so had his dream... Slowly he turned, and in the depth of the forest surrounding the creek, for a second, he thought he saw two blood red eyes stare back at him...

As Sakura drifted off to sleep she was a young pup again. Her mother and father sat there with her in the old shed awaiting their owner. She looked around worridly when she heard the sound of boots coming forward. As the door opened she jumped out of the door, she saw a large brown dog. It was demetri! As she bounded towards him, he bared his teeth and lunged at her pinning her down. She screeched in confusion and unhappiness as her owner grabbed her. She woke with a start and she let out another yelp. Realizing she was awake she looked over at Demetri. He seemed upset as well. She buried her face in his fur and sighed. "it's ok..." she whispered to herself trying to convince herself it was true.

Demitri was already awake when he heard Sakura yelp. He turned to her immediately, his brown eyes worried. Her own eyes were wide and terrified. He whined unhappily at this, and started vigorously licking her muzzle and head in an attempt to calm her. He finally stopped after several moments and looked at her.She had looked up from his fur. "Are you okay?" he asked worriedly, " Did you have a bad dream?".She didn't answer immediately. She still had the same wide eyed terefiedness he had seen before. But now he noticed somthing different about her stare. She was not gazing blankly into nothingness as you did when remembering a nightmare, She was staring at him.

"I-I-I think I'm fine..."she whispered to him. Her gaze was hgeld on him still. He wouldn't do that right? It was just a dream? She licked his shoulder softly and her tail wagged slightly as she began to calm down just a little bit.

Demitri smiled in confusion. Why was she staring at him so strangely? What dream could she possibly have had to make her look at him with such....fear? She licked his shoulder and he calmed slightly. "Where should we go now?" Demitri asked, flashing the black and white husky a huge smile.He rose to his feet. "How about a walk?" he proposed, walking towards the deep forest surrounding the creek.
[[ OOC: how bou't now they walk into the forest and they end this post, and start it again at the beach where sakura's pregnant! they've been here for long enough! ^_^]]

Sakura blnked quickly and nodded, all the fear had left her body. She smiled and then stood up padding after him. Her tail held out behind her brushed the ground gently as she walked beside him, early morning sun shining down on her fur.
