Character Name: Bear
Gender: Male
Pack: Loner
Rank: ...
Breed: Mix Breed
Age: 1 year
Appearance: At least four sentences, describe what you dog looks like, it's nose, eye, and fur color, it's strength, length of it's teeth and claws, size of the dog...
Bear is mainly black with white doberman markings on his face and chest. He also has tan legs like a doberman. His nose is also black and his eyes are electric blue. He is about 2 1/2 feet tall with medium length fur. He is relatively strong and fast but lags a bit in stamina. His teeth are average length and his claws are a little longer than normal. I also have a picture of him, so that will give more vivid detail in body shape and color.
Personality: Bear is rather patient, but when his patience runs out he has a razor sharp tongue (no, not literally!!) He loves to hunt, but hates to fight. Unlike most others, Bear trust too easily, and often with the wrong people. Shy and defiantly no self-centered, Bear is Loyal and trustworthy, but perhaps a bit too gullible.
History: Bear grew up in a sparse forest by a small river. He was born into a family of five pups, and nobody was treated different. His mother and father loved and cared for each one of them, and respected that each one of them was different. They never went hungry and always had a warm place to sleep. Life just could'nt get better!
Humans. They are the enemy. They are to be feared, hated, every last one of them. Them. It was them them took her. The ones who took his mother away. It was them that killed his brother. It was them that sent his sisters in that truck. It was them that set the traps that led to the death of his father. It was them that destroyed the forest, him home! It's their fault. All their fault, and they're all the same.
Left alone in a cruel world, Bear is left to wander the streets of the city, eating out of garbage cans and sometimes going without food for weeks. Left in the cold and the rain every night, with no one to share his bed. Living in the shadow of humans.
RP example:
Ensis lay on the soft, warm sand of the beach, a gentle breeze ruffling his fur. The ocean was beautiful, he'd never seen anything like it. Living in the mountains his whole life, he'd only seen small lakes. This was incredible, he felt so small next to the seemingly endless waters. The scent of salt was rich in the air and the wind carried a fresh scent of fish.
He stood up, shaking the sand out of his fur. The sun felt so nice, so warm compared to the mountains. He'd been traveling for a few days to find a pack. Not wanting to live in the cold anymore, he left his birthplace to find a warmer region. Well, that wasn't really the reason he left.
He left because he had to. However, nobody but himself knows exactly what that means. He hated talking about it, and hated it even more to think about it. In his perspective, it was his fault.
Ensis trotted down to the water to quench his thirst. He hadn't stopped for a drink in a while and was starting to get pretty thirsty. He sat down near the water, jumping back when the waves rolled off the shore. Giving the water a dirty look, he bent down to get a drink. Salt water was a surprise, to say the least. A look of utter shock and disgust flooded over his face as he spat the water out. He jumped up and pawed at his muzzle, jumping around like a madman. "Clam down, it isn't that big a deal!" He scolded himself, embarrassed to have reacted like a foolish pup.
"I wonder if anyone is around here?" He questioned, sitting back down and curling his tail around himself. He stared out into the distance, watching the seagulls.
Crash The noise echoed through the allyway. Junk spilled over the pavement, sending flies through the air like some sort of insect bomb. A medium-sized dog pawed at the trash pile and sniffed around for a few seconds. The dark shadows masked any color or markings this dog may have. He sat down, leaving his tail streched out behind him. Nothing He thought, dissapointed. It was the third day in a row with nothing to eat, and his stomach was rumbling like an earthquake. His fur was matted and you could count his ribs, even through his thick coat. It was quite obvious that he wasnt adapted to the street life.
The sun had already gone down, and the stars shown brightly in the moonless sky. one month. The dog comcluded. It had been one month since he had been forced to live among humans. Hiding in the shadows during sunlight while they were about, and only comming out to find food and water. He was stuck here forever, there was no way he could see getting out of this hell-hole.
Maybe someday, he kept telling himself, it'll get better.
He looked to the sky, or maybe I can wake up. It seemed so unrealistic that every aspect of his life could change in just two moons. But you're not asleep the dog reminded himself, adapt .
