Character Name: Trooper
Gender: Female
Pack: Monas
Rank: Beta Male
Breed: German Shepherd
Age: 5 years
Appearance: If there is one thing you can say about Trooper, it is that no matter how much he acts like a puppy, he is definitely no puppy. He is a huge dog, towering over most of the canine species, and has fur the color of a burnt pumpkin pie. He has mostly the rich delicate color of Fall orange leaves, with black spots over his back and chest. Trooper’s fur is of decent length, and it is soft and taken care of well. His muzzle is long and sometimes gets in the way, and his nose is small, so he mostly has to breathe out of his mouth. Trooper’s eyes are a beautiful lush oak brown, the hue of an acorn just fallen from a branch in autumn. troopers teeth are sizably long, and he uses them more than his short black laws to defend himself. Trooper’s maw is a very useful part of his life and without it, he probably wouldn’t be able to breathe, defend himself, or basically live without it. Trooper is strong from his past, and he has no difficulty showing off for anyone.
Personality: Trooper is a comedian, he is the life of the party, as you might say, and loves to make dogs laugh. He can be serious and is quite loyal, but he hates seeing any dog suffer from depression. Trooper, despite his name, is the most lighthearted dog you might ever meet, besides a puppy. He never seemed to grow out of adventure and love of excitement, despite his adult age. This German Shepherd doesn’t just act like a clown though; he takes pride in his appearances. Grooming and cleanliness are part of his basic routine. Violence is not considered all wrong in his culture though, and he will fight hard to protect Monas territory, his dignity, and his rank. Trooper might even fight for alpha, when he is ready, but for now, he is content for staying under Kaz and waiting his turn for glory. His jaw is a little crooked from puppyhood, and it is very useful for attacking.
History:
‘Come here Puppy! We haven’t finished our game!’
Horrid. One word to describe Trooper’s past. Horrible beyond comparison. It can be summed up in just four words and you will understand perfectly. So here they are, are you ready for them?
3-year-old girl.
Yes, Trooper was a birthday present, a gift, as if a stuffed toy. He was given to Lauren on her third birthday, a rich girl who had everything she wanted right in her closet. When Trooper was merely a pup, even he knew that he was a dog, but Lauren had the mindset that he was just another doll. Whenever she got tired of him, she would throw him into the closet like all of her other toys. This wouldn’t hurt him too much, because of all the stuffed toys he would land on, but whenever Lauren wanted him again, she would run over to the closet and drag him out by the tight pink nylon ribbon she had tied around his neck. One day they were playing tea party, with Trooper stuffed into a Barbie Doll dress, Lauren’s mother came in and said in a high pitched sweet tone to her daughter,
“Why sweetie! It’s so hot in here! Here, let me open the window for you punkin’!”
With that she strode over to the sickly pink painted window, and opened it slightly so that a breeze ruffled Trooper’s fur. the mother left, and Lauren trotted after her, forgetting all about the pup that was still smuggled in the dress at the ‘table’. Taking this chance for freedom, Trooper had sped out of the window, landing on the cold asphalt on his jaw. It snapped and he let up a howl in pain, and a few lights flickered on. Still whimpering, Trooper got up on his paws and started to limp slowly down the street, not once looking back towards the window where he had been dropped out of. A policement picked him up later, and they took him to an institute, and trained him as a police dog for a while. He grew to be 3 years old there, and then his policeman, Robert, was shot in a car chase. He wouldn't leave Roberts side, and finally ran off into the streets where he joined Kaz's Monas pack.

“Like a blossom that never bloomed…’
A long slender face peered through the window, transfixed on the wonders that surrounded it. A soft rain was dampening down the dust that had so unmercifully blown its bitter soil into the townspeople’s faces, mouths and homes. The water was rolling down the glass pane through the coat of dust, making rivulets in the thick earth. A young, adult Chinese face glanced around at the fall storm that erupted like an angry gurgle from the murky sky. Leaves swirled as if in some ritual circle dance in front of the window, urged on by the high speed winds.
The woman sighed and glanced over her shoulder to see if she was alone. Her face was a tan color and her creamy pink lipstick was smudged by pursing her lips together. Far too long it had been that she had rested alone here in the Nottes Mansion. It wasn’t the room that made her uneasy, oh no, it was just the loneliness. Her atmosphere consisted of a checkered shag rug that was resting underneath a sofa of magenta. And just to top that off, a stone mantel rested, embracing glowing embers that lit the room. The green emerald studded strapless dress she wore glinted with every vivid green jewel it beheld as the fire crackled before her.
Chi resumed her position by the window, and unfastened the clip that held her long braid of luscious black hair together. She unfastened the window lock, and let the glass that once separated her and the elements of the storm slip away. A wave of cold air penetrated the once was heated room, as well as vacuumed out the warmth. Her hair was lifted and flapped like a mane of some wild untamed beat in the breeze, black and curly, whipping and lashing at anything and everything that got in the way. A smile crept its way across Chi’s cheeks, and she blinked slowly, absorbing this moment as if she was standing on another planet rather than a cold, dreary room.
A log on the smoldering fire fractured and gave way, falling to the floor with a sizzle. It made a crackling noise as it fell apart, and a few blazing embers landed on the rug. The sparks ignited the thin shag, and Chi walked over to stomp it out with her heel. After finishing her task, she sighed wearily and collapsed onto the sofa, her stomach full, and her eyelids drooping perilously close to dropping off into a deep nightmare filled slumber.
